We are the controller of the personal data you provide us through the inquiry forms on this website. This means we determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data.
When you fill in and submit an inquiry form on the website (on the homepage or on any specific product page), we process the following data:
We do not automatically collect any other personal data on the website. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics to measure website traffic (see point 6 below) — without consent, no such data is collected.
We process your data from the inquiry form for the purpose of handling your inquiry, preparing an offer, and the potential conclusion and performance of a contract — that is, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). By submitting the form, you also grant consent to the processing of the stated data for this purpose.
We do not use the data for any purpose other than the one for which you provided it to us, and we do not pass it on to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain data from an inquiry for the duration of negotiations on a business offer and for as long as necessary to perform any resulting contract. If the inquiry does not result in a business relationship, we retain the data for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, after which we securely delete it. In the case of a concluded contract, we retain the data for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
As a rule, we do not share your data from the inquiry form with any third parties, except for a technical processor that helps us deliver the form:
